A complete refurbishment & reconfiguration to a penthouse in Brighton overlooking the old West Pier & i360. This 70’s dated property is going to be transformed into a ultra modern, state of the art penthouse. Works are well underway with a complete strip out of everything from electrics, plumbing, plaster, kitchen & bathrooms, walls and ceilings to give a blank canvas. TERRACED PROPERTY
This period terraced property located by Brighton Station within the conservation area is in the process of having a new bathroom, kitchen and a Dormer added to the attic room with relocation of staircase. This will ensure the attic room becomes a more user friendly area. Due to the large oversized bathroom we will be changing the layout by dividing it into a separate utility and bathroom. Whilst stripping out the kitchen and decking to the courtyard we unearthed Dolines in the Newhaven Chalk. So a form of underpinning and groundworks need to take place to make the property stable for the future.
